- Perform comprehensive financial analysis of historical and projected statements to assess performance, identify risks, and highlight opportunities
- Collaborate with the team to evaluate deal structures and valuation methodologies, considering market trends and transaction characteristics
- Stay informed on industry developments, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to provide actionable client insights
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work and meeting client expectations
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and effectively communicating findings and recommendations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and enhance the overall value delivered to clients
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations that simplify complex financial information for clients and stakeholders
- Review and verify junior team members’ work to maintain accuracy, consistency, and high standards across deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees a plus
- 7+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory Services or related areas
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial databases
- In-depth understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and deal structuring
- Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize multiple deliverables, and meet strict deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client and internal team interactions
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with attention to detail
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) is advantageous
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are desirable but not mandatory
- Competitive base salary range of $142,000 - $191,000, with potential for annual discretionary bonuses
