About the RoleAs a Guest Experience Agent, you serve as the heart of our front‑of‑house team. You’ll greet guests with genuine hospitality, support smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, and help ensure every stay reflects our promise to be the most caring brand in the world. You’ll partner closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to deliver seamless service that guests remember long after they leave.

✅ Responsibilities- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and handle check‑ins and check‑outs with efficiency and professionalism
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns—both in person and through phone and email
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest profiles, and payments using property management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams to ensure guest needs are met quickly
- Provide guests with helpful information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Resolve guest issues with care, empathy, and problem‑solving to ensure an exceptional experience
- Uphold DoubleTree by Hilton service standards and contribute to a positive team culture
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)
- Basic computer proficiency, including comfort with reservation or POS systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in hotels, guest services, or food & beverage environments
- Multilingual abilities to support international guests
- Hospitality or customer service certifications
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of local attractions, transportation, and dining options
- Genuine warmth and the ability to make people feel cared for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using computers and hotel software
- A proactive mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
