Pay Rate: Up to $36.00/hour (DOE) | Direct Hire

Estimated annual earnings up to $95,000, including base pay, weekly performance bonuses, shift differentials, and planned overtime. Benefits begin on Day 1.

What Were Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
  • Ability to pass an electrical aptitude/entrance exam
  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
  • Working knowledge of shop math, technical drawings, and measuring tools
  • Experience with AC/DC motors and PLC troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with electrical drives, control systems, NFPA 70E, and high-voltage systems
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
  • Proficiency with standard electrical maintenance tools
Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical and electronic systems in an industrial setting
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot motors, PLCs, drives, and control systems
  • Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment operates within specifications
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery, cranes, and mobile equipment
  • Service electrical components of pumps, motors, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
  • Install and maintain automated and electronically controlled equipment
  • Wire complex circuits and balance electrical loads
  • Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and recording devices
  • Document maintenance work, repairs, and material usage
  • Interpret blueprints and schematics to support maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues
