Job Overview
Company: Expert Services Appliance Heating Air LLC.
Salary/Pay Rate: $40,000 - $70,000 (Base Salary + Commission).
Location: Onsite / Sales & Client Relations.
Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday and Weekends (Saturday and Sunday required).
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.
The Opportunity You will serve as the face of our showroom, guiding residential clients through high-stakes purchasing decisions with expert product knowledge. This role is designed for a high-achiever who is motivated by commission-based earnings and is interested in a clear path toward future management.
How You Will Make an Impact
Consult with customers on the sales floor to identify their specific needs and recommend the ideal appliance solutions.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from initial inquiry and POS entry through to delivery and final installation.
Drive 100% customer satisfaction by providing detailed feature comparisons and technical product explanations.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
Execute daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, vendor restocking, and showroom merchandising.
Resolve customer inquiries via phone and email to capture new leads and maintain professional follow-up.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and POS systems to track order statuses, manage invoices, and process financing or warranties.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
Proven ability to work every Saturday and Sunday as part of a standard full-time schedule.
Strong computer proficiency with specific experience in Microsoft Excel and digital sales platforms.
Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and persuasive personality.
Demonstrated history of organization, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Direct experience in residential appliance sales and specialized product knowledge.
Documented success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and commission targets.
Professional interest in advancing into supervisory or leadership roles within the company.
