This role is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of performance, experimentation, and funnel optimization. As a Growth Manager, you will own acquisition performance across paid media and marketing funnels, driving measurable revenue and efficiency improvements. You will collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and development teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize campaigns, and test innovative acquisition strategies. The position requires a blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to ensure campaigns deliver maximum impact. You will also help shape a culture of accountability, speed, and continuous improvement while scaling acquisition efforts globally. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone motivated by measurable results and real ownership.
Diagnose and optimize funnel performance metrics including CPA, AOV, LTV, and CVR, identifying areas for improvement and scaling opportunities.
Detect performance anomalies such as funnel leakage, conversion drops, or AOV fluctuations in real time and implement corrective actions.
Generate, evaluate, and prioritize new acquisition tactics, campaigns, and offers to drive growth.
Lead structured testing and experimentation programs, defining hypotheses, success metrics, and ensuring accurate reporting.
Oversee campaign execution, landing page development, tracking setup, and attribution frameworks in collaboration with creative and technical teams.
Maintain real-time performance reporting, providing visibility on top-performing channels, creatives, and funnels, as well as actionable insights for optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally to close performance gaps through new messaging, creative angles, and technical fixes.
Conduct competitive analysis, document learnings, and maintain a library of proven growth strategies.
Promote a culture of speed, ownership, accountability, and clear communication within the marketing and growth teams.
Requirements:
Senior-level experience in performance marketing, direct-response marketing, or growth roles.
Proven expertise in paid acquisition channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
Deep understanding of funnel metrics such as CAC, AOV, MER, LTV, and CVR, with the ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues.
Experience designing, running, and managing structured testing and experimentation programs.
Strong analytical skills and comfort translating data into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and technical teams.
Experience operating in fast-paced, performance-driven environments with autonomy and accountability.
Preferred: direct-to-consumer eCommerce experience, familiarity with Shopify or modern landing page builders, and knowledge of analytics/attribution tools such as Triple Whale, Hyros, or GA4.
