We are seeking an Accounting Manager to support our corporate accounting operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, assisting with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality financial work.

• Perform and review general ledger account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
• Assist with financial consolidations across multiple entities and support audit preparation activities
• Maintain compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies
• Analyze financial variances and trends, providing insight into key business drivers
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, FP&A, and leadership
• Support the Operations Controller with special projects and ad hoc financial analysis
• Assist with ERP system implementation, including testing, data validation, and post-launch process alignment
• Support integration between accounting, payroll, and expense management systems to ensure data integrity and streamlined reporting
• Identify and help resolve system-related accounting or data discrepancies in coordination with IT

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or progress toward certification preferred
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally including both public accounting and corporate environments
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Ramp is a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a team-first mindset
