• Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to metal parts and structures using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Inspect painted surfaces for defects and perform touch-ups as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain and operate painting equipment and tools properly.

• Proven experience as a Metal Painter or similar role.
• Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials used on metal surfaces.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Familiarity with safety standards and proper handling of paints and chemicals.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work in various positions and environments.
