This role offers a high-impact opportunity for a driven sales professional to lead enterprise SaaS growth within a defined territory, focusing on state and local government accounts. You will manage complex accounts, develop new business, and expand relationships with existing clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide customers through their data intelligence journey, helping them realize value while driving adoption and expansion. The position requires expertise in consultative selling, navigating multi-stakeholder deals, and delivering measurable ROI. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and partners, maintain accurate forecasts, and operate independently in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Travel flexibility and strong communication skills are essential for success.
Prospect and develop new accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure a full pipeline and quota coverage.
Manage complex sales cycles, including lead origination, stakeholder mapping, negotiation, close, and expansion opportunities.
Act as a consultative advisor, identifying customer needs and delivering value-based solutions that support adoption and expansion.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, partners, and customers to drive strategic outcomes.
Maintain accurate, real-time Salesforce updates to reflect pipeline and forecast performance.
Expand existing accounts by creating demand and increasing solution adoption.
Requirements:
2–4+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, preferably in the Data Management domain.
Proven record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and selling to C-level executives.
Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on ROI and value delivery.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
High integrity, resourcefulness, accountability, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to travel as required for client engagements.
