As a Senior Engineer, AI, you will take ownership of AI-driven solutions and agentic systems across the organization. Key responsibilities include:
Design, implement, and maintain AI agents and software to enhance supply chain operations and enterprise applications.
Apply prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, RAG techniques, function calling, and AI evaluation methods to optimize AI integrations.
Build, deploy, and scale AI systems using modern frameworks and tools (Python, SQL, Flask, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes).
Collaborate with data engineering, IT, and product teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure AI solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed AI systems, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
Mentor junior engineers in AI development, software best practices, and architectural design.
Stay current on AI trends and emerging technologies, contributing to the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap.
Candidates should bring hands-on experience in AI and software engineering, with strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration experience. Key qualifications include:
3–5 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or data science, including at least 1 year focused on agentic AI.
Hands-on experience with AI agent development frameworks (e.g., Google Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK).
Knowledge of MCP and A2A protocols.
Strong proficiency in Python, APIs, SQL, system design, and DevOps/AIOps practices; familiarity with JavaScript and frontend frameworks is a plus.
Experience with cloud environments (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable).
Experience in deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting production AI solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with logistics systems (WMS), LLM fine-tuning, Snowflake, or GCP Vertex AI Agent Builder is a plus.
