As a Senior Engineer, AI, you will take ownership of AI-driven solutions and agentic systems across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Design, implement, and maintain AI agents and software to enhance supply chain operations and enterprise applications.

• Apply prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, RAG techniques, function calling, and AI evaluation methods to optimize AI integrations.

• Build, deploy, and scale AI systems using modern frameworks and tools (Python, SQL, Flask, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes).

• Collaborate with data engineering, IT, and product teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure AI solutions.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed AI systems, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.

• Mentor junior engineers in AI development, software best practices, and architectural design.

• Stay current on AI trends and emerging technologies, contributing to the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap.

Candidates should bring hands-on experience in AI and software engineering, with strong problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration experience. Key qualifications include:

• 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or data science, including at least 1 year focused on agentic AI.

• Hands-on experience with AI agent development frameworks (e.g., Google Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK).

• Knowledge of MCP and A2A protocols.

• Strong proficiency in Python, APIs, SQL, system design, and DevOps/AIOps practices; familiarity with JavaScript and frontend frameworks is a plus.

• Experience with cloud environments (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable).

• Experience in deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting production AI solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with logistics systems (WMS), LLM fine-tuning, Snowflake, or GCP Vertex AI Agent Builder is a plus.
