Job Title: E-Commerce Project Manager / Scrum Master
Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile delivery and E-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple IT programs, while facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring effective collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Experience
  • Minimum 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years managing or leading multiple IT programs

  • Strong E-Commerce domain experience

  • Proven experience working with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks

  • Expertise in Scrum practices, project management, and Agile delivery

  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, including building and maintaining Scrum Boards and Dashboards

  • Experience working with Kanban boards

  • Strong experience in Retail and E-commerce domain, with a track record of managing 2–3 E-commerce projects

  • Ability to identify and escalate risks proactively and drive them to resolution

  • Strong experience in status reporting and project tracking

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for E-commerce initiatives

  • Work closely with the E-commerce Manager to manage the product backlog and user story creation

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, while monitoring progress and addressing issues

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

  • Manage project resources and staff allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success

  • Track and report project performance metrics, including milestones, budget utilization, and resource allocation

  • Prepare executive-level presentations and status reports for leadership meetings

  • Foster effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams

  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance project delivery
