This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow sales efforts across the Americas, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion. The Sales Manager will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with new and existing customers. Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives for the Americas to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Manage key accounts directly, nurturing relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams to influence product development based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and budget input to support regional and global planning.
  • Partner with marketing teams to plan and execute regional marketing activities that strengthen brand recognition.
  • Lead and develop direct sales teams and channel partners to drive consistent performance.
  • Act as the primary representative of the company and its products in customer and industry interactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MS/MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in high-technology sales environments, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong experience in business development and acquiring new accounts, especially in large, complex organizations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical knowledge of digital imaging, optical systems, or related technology is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong planning skills and the ability to execute creative sales initiatives.
