Job Overview:

The Opportunity: You will play a vital role in the success of our residential projects by providing essential labor and technical support to our lead carpenters. This position offers a hands-on environment where your hard work directly enables the team to complete high-end remodels on schedule. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Execute heavy material handling including the manual transport of drywall and lumber across multi-level sites.

• Maintain pristine jobsite conditions through daily cleanup and the installation of protective surface coverings.

• Assist framing and carpentry crews by preparing materials and following technical directions with speed and accuracy.

• Manage site logistics by loading, unloading, and hauling materials to keep high-skill production moving.

• Conduct material runs as needed to ensure the team has the necessary supplies to prevent project downtime.

• Protect client property by maintaining clean work habits and respecting the integrity of residential environments.

• Identify and complete support tasks independently to minimize the need for constant supervision from the Foreman.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Demonstrated physical capacity to perform demanding manual labor for the duration of a full work shift.

• Proven track record of reliability and punctuality with no history of "ghosting" or unexcused absences.

• Ability to follow complex directions quickly and ask clarifying questions to ensure task accuracy.

• Strong work ethic with a "no task is too small" attitude regarding cleaning and hauling.

• Professional demeanor suitable for working inside high-end client homes.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience on a residential construction or remodeling jobsite.

• Basic familiarity with carpentry hand tools and power tools.

• Experience in material handling or logistics.
