About This Position
Job Summary:
The Strategic Account Manager manages key accounts within the wireline and wireless telecom sector, major fiber and broadband deployers, system integrators, data center and others. This position is crucial in driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers and act as the primary point of contact.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership, product management, and marketing in developing and launching new products and other general information involving competitive activity, industry trends, and government regulations that impact the business.
Provide regular updates and reports on account status, forecasts, and market insights.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients.
Research customer needs and develop applications of products in an effective manner.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and territory plans to maximize sales opportunities by adding new solutions and products.
Participate and manage local and regional trade show events.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience; technical acumen;
Previous successful experience in strategic account management, preferably in the wireline and wireless telecom industry.
Knowledge and understanding of fiber, wireless networks, and OSP networks is ideal.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
