Location: Virginia Beach, VA (on-site)
Department: Production & Logistics
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (ET)
Clinical Status: Non-Clinical
HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
The Production Systems Analyst will use ERP system and other means to collect and analyze data and communicate findings to appropriate staff. Updates daily/weekly/monthly reports as required. Reviews data for accuracy and to identify trends or anomalies. Actively works to automate existing manual reporting to create enhanced visualizations and real time reporting capability. Provides information as requested to support interna/external audits.

WHAT YOULL DO
- Production Data Analysis & Insights: Collects and analyzes production and operational data from SAP, SAP IBP, Power BI, and other sources to evaluate performance, production efficiency, and KPIs/quality measures; identifies trends, variances, and anomalies and communicates findings to appropriate stakeholders.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Prepares, maintains, and distributes routine and ad hoc departmental reports (daily/weekly/monthly); validates data accuracy and highlights key trends and exceptions to support decision-making.
- Automation, Visualization & Data Enablement: Partners with database and systems administrators to identify data sources, build datasets, and automate manual reporting; develops enhanced visualizations and real-time reporting capabilities to improve accessibility and speed of insights.
- Audit & Continuous Improvement Support: Provides data and documentation to support internal/external audits; collaborates cross-functionally to improve KPI development, reporting processes, and overall performance measurement and reporting effectiveness
WHAT YOULL BRING
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- CTBS: Certified Tissue Bank Specialist, American Association of Tissue Banks
- Two (2) years of related work experience within Tissue Banking or Medical Device
- One (1) year of ERP (SAP) experience
Key Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Communication Skill: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate and build relationships with all professionals at different levels within the organization.
- Time Management: Able to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple time sensitive projects, multi-task, identify project interdependencies and potential risks/pitfalls.
- Attention to Detail: Able to perform tasks thoroughly and with care; checks work to ensure high degree of accuracy/completeness and early/on-time delivery
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Suite

COMPENSATION
Salary Range: $24.64 to $32.85 hourly
Final compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, qualifications, and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $24.64 hourly (entry level qualifications) to $32.85 hourly (experienced in this role). Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidates knowledge and relevant experience.
