• Manage day-to-day operations of digital programs, including course uploads, LMS administration, and cohort coordination for education and AI programs.

• Coordinate publishing workflows for newsletters, program communications, and updates across front-end digital experiences.

• Support community engagement, including moderation, post tracking, and coordination of inbound requests through digital channels.

• Assist with advocacy workflows, contributor tracking, and program enablement initiatives, ensuring clean handoffs between teams.

• Partner with marketing and analytics teams to track participation, engagement, and program health metrics, providing insights to inform improvements.

• Maintain documentation, timelines, and operational consistency across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience in program coordination, operations, or project support, ideally in SaaS or digital product environments.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, execution-oriented environments and adapting to shifting priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Interest in AI, digital learning, and community programs, with a willingness to engage in program support at scale.

• Basic analytical skills for reporting and tracking program performance metrics.
