Laborer Landscape Team -Sonoma County at The Professional Tree Care Company – Sebastopol, California

Professional Tree Care and their sister company, Custom Landscapes, is hiring a laborer to work on jobs in the North Bay. The initial work will focus on landscaping basics and will provide you the opportunity to learn from a highly experienced landscaping crew.

REQUIREMENTS
-Hardworking
-Physically fit and able to lift +/- 75 pounds or more
-Able to work outdoors for up to 8 hours per day in inclement weather year-round, meaning hot in summer and cold in winter; maybe even raining.
-MUST have a current and CLEAN and CURRENT California driver’s license. *Clean = no points or recent tickets.
-Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Bonus points for:
-Bilingual English/Spanish
-LANDSCAPING experience
-Irrigation and/or sprinkler tech experience
-Any additional experience building rock or brick walls, walkways, retaining walls, etc.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
-$21.00 to $24.00 per hour based on experience. (More if you are an Irrigation Technician, Landscape Supervisor, or have run a big crew of landscape laborers.)

-After 90-days of employment, new employees are eligible for:

• Medical insurance with 50% contribution from the company
