ABOUT THE TEAM
Seller Center is GFG’s global marketplace platform, enabling brands to onboard, manage assortment, fulfil orders and grow their business across our platforms. It supports critical workflows across catalogue, inventory, fulfilment, order management, finance, reconciliation and seller experience.
As Senior Product Manager, Seller Center Operations, you will own a key product area within Seller Center Operations, with a focus on Orders and Finance. You will report to the Lead Product Manager, Partner Operations and work closely with engineering, design, analytics and regional stakeholders across our three regions.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of a complex product area focused on Orders and Finance within Seller Center Operations. You will own the roadmap, backlog, priorities and outcome metrics for your area, leading product work from discovery through delivery and iteration.
Your mission is to improve operational efficiency, reduce friction for sellers and internal teams, and build scalable, reliable solutions that strengthen marketplace performance. With marketplace contributing ~40% of GFG’s business, your work will have a visible impact across 20,000+ users globally.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Orders and Finance product area within Seller Center Operations
- Manage roadmap, backlog, priorities and key product metrics
- Lead end-to-end product development from discovery and problem definition to launch and iteration
- Use customer insight, analytics and operational feedback to identify opportunities and shape solutions
- Partner closely with engineering and design on requirements, trade-offs and delivery
- Prioritise effectively across impact, effort, quality and timelines
- Track outcomes and adjust course based on data and results
- Manage risks and dependencies proactively, escalating with clear recommendations
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align priorities and ensure solutions work across markets
- Communicate clearly through concise artefacts such as PRDs, discovery summaries and release notes
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with proven ownership of a complex product area or customer journey and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong experience across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and problem definition through delivery, iteration and optimisation.
- Strong analytical, product discovery and execution skills, with the ability to use customer insight, data and experimentation to shape decisions and priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the technical fluency, ownership and judgement to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
- Preferred: Experience in e-commerce or marketplace products across multi-region environments; background in Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science, Product Design or a related field
