Title: OB/GYN Physician - Casual/Call
Summary
Northfield Hospital + Clinics is seeking an OB/GYN to join our expanding Women’s Health Center. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment where your expertise and voice are valued. As an independent healthcare system, you’ll have the autonomy to advocate for your patients and deliver personalized care.
Our Birth Center welcomes over 700 new babies each year, providing families with exceptional, personalized care. You’ll join a supportive team dedicated to high-quality outcomes and a positive patient experience.
Compensation
We are committed to providing wage ranges for all open positions. Compensation may be determined based on a combination of experience, education, qualifications, internal equity, and market data for comparable positions. This position offers a flat rate of $200.00 per hour.
Practice Details

Primarily call coverage: 24 hours, 7 a.m. – 7 a.m; occasional Clinic.

Shifts available as needed
Qualifications
- Completion of a medical degree and an accredited OB/GYN residency program
- Board eligible or board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Current and unrestricted Minnesota Board of Medical Practice license
