Clubhouse Facilities Manager

Balcones Country Club is seeking a Clubhouse Maintenance Manager to help maintain and improve our facilities through hands-on repair work and preventative maintenance. This role is ideal for a versatile, jack-of-all-trades professional who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership of projects, and keeping a beautiful Club operating at a high level.

This position focuses primarily on facility upkeep, light repairs, and preventative maintenance around the clubhouse and related areas. While we partner with outside vendors for major HVAC, electrical, or plumbing projects, this role ensures the Club’s day-to-day maintenance needs are handled with care and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the Clubhouse and facilities
• Complete tasks such as painting, carpentry, door hardware repairs, minor plumbing fixes, and other facility improvements
• Assist with preventative maintenance to keep Club facilities operating smoothly
• Coordinate with outside vendors when specialized work is required
• Maintain tools, equipment, and organized workspaces
• Identify opportunities to improve the appearance, safety, and functionality of the Club

Compensation & Benefits

$18–$23 per hour based on experience
