We’re searching for a Systems Engineer to join our Business Systems team, so that we can optimise and enhance corporate technology platforms that support efficient healthcare operations and business processes. The Senior Associate, Business Systems will administer and improve core enterprise systems, resolve technical challenges, and support system implementations and integrations to ensure reliable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience across the organisation.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

· Troubleshooting SQL Server databases and enterprise applications to resolve technical issues and maintain reliable system performance
· Administering Microsoft Azure environments, hosted VMs, and backup/restore processes in order to ensure secure and resilient infrastructure operations
· Developing dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to deliver actionable insights and improve business decision-making
· Implementing integrations and automation using tools like Boomi, APIs, PowerShell, or Python to streamline workflows and reduce manual processes
· Supporting system rollouts, upgrades, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption and effective change management across teams

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

· Several years of experience in systems engineering, business systems administration, or enterprise application support
· Proven success in analysing business processes and implementing system or workflow improvements that increase operational efficiency
· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, database concepts, Azure cloud environments, and system integrations
· Ability to commute to Skopje, Macedonia 2–3 days per week in a hybrid working model
· Sincere interest in using technology and data to improve healthcare systems and operational outcomes
· A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional, global teams while also managing technical tasks independently
