Head of ERP Pharmaceutical Distribution Vertical at TotalSoft – București, București

We are looking for an accomplished leader to head our Pharma ERP Division, with full accountability for strategy, revenue growth, and international expansion. This role requires a strong business consulting background, a commercial mindset, and the ability to scale operations while building trusted partnerships with global clients.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will shape the division’s vision, expand our international footprint, and drive high-impact ERP and transformation programs across the pharmaceutical sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and execute the strategy for the Pharma ERP vertical, including market expansion
• Own full P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable business performance
• Lead business development initiatives and strengthen executive client relationships
• Act as a senior advisor to clients, bringing a strong consulting perspective to transformation agendas
• Oversee delivery of complex ERP programs ensuring quality and value realization
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams
• Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Proven track record of P&L ownership, revenue growth, and scaling business operations
Strong senior business consultancy background with strategic advisory and client facing experience
Significant leadership experience top-tier consulting environments

• Experience leading international expansion or managing client portfolios
• Relevant understanding of ERP and digital transformation in regulated industries
• Exceptional executive presence, influencing, and negotiation skills
• Fluent English, French would be nice to have.
