Concessions Supervisors are responsible for ensuring Mallards fans receive the best experience when ordering food or beverages at a Mallards game, while also serving as a staff leader in their assigned workspaces. Interested candidates should have kitchen leadership experience, and be able to work in a fast paced, hot environment.

Responsibilities Include:

Oversee the game-day concessions staff in an assigned concession stand including runners, cashiers, cooks and beer pourers.

Ensure each team member is working with guests in a positive manner.

Maintain a high level of customer service.

Communicating with full-time staff when an issue needs continued escalation.
