This role is perfect for someone who’s driven, coachable, and thrives in a fast-paced, boots-on-the-ground environment. You’ll have unrestricted territories, access to shared company trucks, and extensive in-house training to set you up for long-term success.

What You’ll Do
- Door-to-door lead generation and canvassing
- Perform roof inspections and educate homeowners on damage and solutions
- Assist customers through insurance claim process professionally
- Attend adjuster appointments and install days
- Maintain strong follow-up with homeowners and insurance companies
- Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and trust
- Stay organized and consistent with CRM and team updates
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willingness to door knock and generate your own leads
Compensation
- $60,000 – $150,000+/year (Uncapped Commission + Bonus Opportunities)
- Performance = Pay. You control your income.
