Physical Therapist, Home Health at South County Hospital – Narragansett, Rhode Island

We are seeking a Physical Therapist at South County Home Health. This role works on a multidisciplinary team with patients in the home environment. Staff use our electronic health record system Netsmart, formerly Allscripts.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a valid and active Rhode Island license
• The physical ability to lift, position and exercise patients
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association
• Valid driver's license
• Auto liability insurance for bodily injury in the amount of $100,000-$300,000
