You will lead the development of relationships with key partners, creating scalable programs that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. You will manage a high-impact portfolio of partnerships, analyze market trends, and optimize strategies to ensure success. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the strategy, development, and management of channel partnerships to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, aligning partnership initiatives with company goals.
  • Design and implement partner programs, incentives, and enablement resources to maximize engagement and performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver coordinated partner initiatives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partner performance, market trends, and program effectiveness to optimize results.
  • Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and other networking opportunities to strengthen relationships and visibility.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in channel partnerships, alliance management, or strategic business development, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience designing and implementing partner programs, incentive structures, and enablement materials.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in partnerships or sales strategy are a plus.
