Role and Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize electronic evidence files.
- Track internal control documentation
- Ensure files meet regulatory and contractual standards
- Support preparation of seasonal readiness documentation
- Review Single Line Diagrams (SLD) for completeness
- Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements.
- Attend weekly planning session (coordination/time zones to be determined).
- Assist in updating procedures and policies
- Assist managers in the development of relevant updates to existing documentation.
- Maintain all electronic files, reports, filed documents, etc. related to compliance activities.
- Monitor compliance activities at regulatory agencies, inform managers, directors, and business units of compliance activities, and conduct benchmarking research on best practices.
- Provide oversight, analysis, and guidance to employees and/or business units.
- Perform spot checks of business unit controls, analyze and present results.
- Have a strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Familiar with the relevant IS (Indian Standards) codes for electrical equipment testing
- Ability to edit and create documentation accurately and concisely.
- Familiarity with project agreements and material terms.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
- Knowledge of Safety, Health, Environment policies.
- Ability to work on internal platforms like CMMS, inventory management applications is plus.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- B.E or B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering from a reputed institution with 3 years of administration internal controls work-related experience.
- Strong documentation and file management discipline
- Basic understanding of Utility Scale Renewable Project working.
- Ability to read and interpret SLDs
- Strong Communication Skills is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work with a dynamic set of policies.
- Preferred Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in MS Office and Adobe suite of products.
- Experience with a U.S. based company preferred.
