This role provides the opportunity to lead and optimize marketing systems, processes, and data to drive scalable growth across domestic and remote markets. The Marketing Operations Manager will serve as a strategic partner to marketing and revenue leadership, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, accurate reporting, and efficient lead management. This position focuses on marketing technology management, process improvement, and cross-functional alignment, while supporting sales and business development teams. You will design and implement workflows, automate processes, and ensure clean, actionable marketing data to maximize campaign performance and revenue impact. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, blending technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver measurable outcomes.
Accountabilities:- Lead the administration, architecture, and optimization of the marketing technology stack, including automation, workflows, lead scoring, and integrations
- Develop and refine scalable marketing processes that align with company revenue and growth objectives
- Manage campaign execution, QA, performance tracking, and post-campaign reporting
- Serve as the operational liaison with external marketing partners, ensuring alignment on timelines, goals, and KPIs
- Support sales and BDR teams by optimizing lead routing, lifecycle stages, and handoff processes
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to inform strategic decision-making
- Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing tools and integrations to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, marketing systems, automation, or reporting
- Hands-on, advanced experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub required
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, lead lifecycle management, and marketing automation
- Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and recommend actionable improvements
- Experience collaborating with sales, revenue, and cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Preferred experience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations and with CRM integrations, attribution models, and revenue reporting
