This role provides a strategic leadership opportunity to manage and grow key retail client accounts while leading a team of account managers. You will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through proactive account management, consultative engagement, and operational excellence. The position requires a strong understanding of client needs, industry trends, and outsourced solutions, while delivering innovative solutions and ensuring alignment across all internal teams. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, overseeing contract management, pricing, service delivery, and governance. The role emphasizes collaboration, mentoring, and the development of high-performing teams to achieve long-term strategic objectives. Extensive interaction with internal stakeholders and worldwide clients makes this position both impactful and dynamic.
Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and growth across retail accounts.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their strategy, organization, and business needs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal performance standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align operations, finance, IT, training, and product teams with client objectives.
  • Manage contracts, pricing, forecasting, reporting, and account budgets while identifying opportunities for service expansion and revenue growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes to enhance efficiency, client experience, and account profitability.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in outsourcing operations, sales, or consulting, with proven account leadership in complex retail environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex client accounts and generate measurable growth.
  • Strong knowledge of outsourced solutions, contact center services, and retail client engagement strategies.
  • Leadership experience, with ability to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically and align account objectives with organizational goals.
  • Exceptional client relationship management and consultative sales skills, including negotiation expertise.
  • Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and ability to use data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
  • Global travel flexibility to meet clients worldwide as needed.
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience considered an asset.
