Accountabilities:

Collaborate with senior leadership to create and execute long-range corporate development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Source, evaluate, and lead M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, and licensing agreements to drive growth and innovation.
Manage end-to-end transaction processes including target identification, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and post-merger integration planning.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and success of corporate initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in business, economics, life sciences, or a related field; MBA from a top-tier program strongly preferred.
12+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, business development, strategy consulting, M&A, investment banking, or related fields.
Experience in a global life sciences organization; pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, with advanced PowerPoint proficiency for executive presentations.
Proven ability to lead complex projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to influence and drive change in a dynamic environment.
