This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Software Engineer - REMOTE. In this role, you will contribute significantly to improving healthcare outcomes through innovative technology. You will work in a dynamic environment, solving complex challenges that influence patient care directly. The position offers the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, engage in code reviews, and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals. Together, you will build scalable solutions that ensure timely and efficient communication within the healthcare sector.
Accountabilities- Design, build, and maintain high-performance, well-structured code for core services.
- Champion best practices in code quality, automated testing, and observability.
- Mentor junior engineers through technical challenges and code reviews.
- Foster a collaborative team culture by providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with C#.
- 5+ years of experience with ASP.NET Web API.
- Expert knowledge of designing and building RESTful web APIs.
- Strong understanding of .NET data access frameworks (ADO.NET, Dapper, EF, etc.).
- Proficiency in MSSQL or similar relational databases.
- Experience in unit and integration testing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in distributed teams.
- Proficient with Git and CI/CD tools.
- Remote first work environment.
