• Schedule: Monday Friday with Weekend and Overtime availability.

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: EPA Certification and a Valid Drivers License.

You will serve as a vital technical lead, ensuring the comfort of local families through high-quality residential HVAC system installations. This role offers you the autonomy to manage field installs while working for a personable owner who truly values long-term employee happiness.

• Execute the complete installation of residential heating and air conditioning systems with high technical precision.

• Maintain a dependable and punctual presence on-site to ensure all customer projects remain on schedule.

• Lead field operations for residential installs to meet the companys high standards for quality and safety.

• Communicate effectively with homeowners to explain system operations and ensure total customer satisfaction.

• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues during the installation process to prevent future service calls.

• Collaborate with the owner and office team to maintain an efficient workflow and professional service delivery.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HVAC installation or mechanical field operations.

• Active EPA Certification for the proper handling of refrigerants.

• Possession of a valid Drivers License and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.

• Proven track record of dependability, hard work, and consistent punctuality.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a residential field environment.

• Strong knowledge of various residential HVAC brands and evolving mechanical technologies.

• Weekly pay cycle with performance bonuses offered twice per year.
