As a Residential Property Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the community—driving occupancy, supporting residents, leading a high-performing on‑site team, and ensuring the property meets both financial and service goals. You’ll balance hands-on problem solving with strategic planning, all while creating a place residents are proud to call home.

• Lead day‑to‑day property operations and guide onsite team members
• Maintain high occupancy and achieve budgeted financial targets
• Oversee rent collection, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Develop and implement resident retention and marketing strategies
• Monitor and enhance property appearance, maintenance, and vendor performance
• Manage move‑ins, move‑outs, vacancies, and unit readiness
• Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and care
• Enforce company policies and community rules consistently
• Coordinate maintenance and oversee third‑party service providers
• Prepare property performance reports and track trends
• Mentor, train, and grow your onsite team

• Residential property management experience is required (apartment communities preferred)
• Professional, polished, and positive presentation
• Strong multitasking skills in a dynamic environment
• Solid understanding of property management principles and leasing operations
• Experience with operating statements, budgets, and financial oversight
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
• Ability to lead and motivate maintenance and onsite staff
• Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to service excellence
• Ability to be on call for after‑hours property emergencies
