About the RoleWe are seeking a Junior QA Trainee to support CRM testing activities and ensure qualityacross ongoing CRM and Salesforce-related initiatives. The role involves working directly withthe Head of CRM, coordinating with BA & Developers, and assisting in functional testing,validation, and documentation of CRM features and enhancements.This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn QA fundamentals and interested in building a career in software testing and CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Head of CRM on all testing-related activities across CRM projects.
• Participate in requirement discussions to understand business and functional expectations.
• Execute manual test cases for CRM features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Perform smoke testing, sanity testing, and basic regression testing before releases.
• Identify, log, and track defects, and coordinate with developers for resolution.
• Attend daily and weekly sync calls with Program Managers and QA/CRM teams.
• Prepare and maintain test cases, test execution reports, and defect trackers in Excel.
• Support UAT activities by validating business scenarios and test results.
• Continuously learn QA processes, CRM workflows, and Salesforce fundamentals through self-learning and internal training
