In this role, you will drive the strategy for enhancing our subscription services in the cybersecurity domain. Your impact will be significant as you work towards optimizing user retention and revenue generation through innovative mobile solutions. You will leverage your B2C experience to enhance user experience, maximize conversion rates, and design effective pricing strategies. As part of a dynamic team, you will also engage in vital cross-functional collaboration to deliver compelling product features and services that meet customer needs.Accountabilities

• Own the subscription lifecycle end-to-end: awareness paywall trial conversion renewal retention.
• Lead pricing, packaging, trial strategy, and promotional experimentation to optimize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Build predictive insights models and identify new growth levers.
• Own subscription UX in mobile applications, ensuring compliance with billing frameworks.
• Drive a rigorous experimentation roadmap to define clear hypotheses and success metrics.
• Partner with Engineering to improve billing reliability and payment success.
• Develop a strong understanding of cybersecurity capabilities and user needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2C subscriptions.
• Proven success optimizing mobile subscription funnels.
• Hands-on familiarity with subscription billing and payments.
• Strong analytical and experimentation skills.
• Experienced with cohorting, funnel analytics, and pricing/packaging tests.
• Demonstrated agile delivery with Engineering and excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of App Store/Play subscription ecosystems.
