• Fine-tune AI models and maintain LLM, VLM, and forecasting models
• Monitor models' performance to ensure effectiveness
• Guide internal teams in building custom datasets
• Develop and implement new AI-based features focused on finance
• Conduct research and rapidly build, test, and implement AI-driven concepts
• Evaluate existing solutions and run experiments for improvements

Requirements

• Strong full stack software engineering background: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with parameter efficient fine-tuning (e.g. LoRA adapters)
• Familiarity with AI ecosystem tools (ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps)
• Understanding of the theory behind neural networks and Transformer architecture
• 25 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in processing financial documents
• Proven track record of transitioning from idea to prototype to production
• Ability to work collaboratively in small teams and take ownership of projects
• Detail-oriented with an ambition for high-quality outcomes
