What you will do:
* Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients/caregivers.
* Perform all duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
* Adhere to all rules, regulations, codes of ethics, guidelines and federal, state and local laws applicable to home-health pediatric occupational therapy.
* Provide services that are ordered by the physician as indicated in the plan of care, as developed, delegated, and supervised by the OT.

Who Were Looking For
- Youre a compassionate, driven Pediatric COTA who loves working with kids and values teamwork, flexibility, and growth. Youre done with corporate burnout and ready for a company that actually walks the walk when it comes to valuing employees. Qualifications:
- Current COTA License in the state of Texas
- Pediatric experienced preferred (new graduates with an interest in pediatrics are welcome)
- Bilingual (Spanish) skilled preferred not required
