- Ensure all applications align with IT Enterprise Architecture and Global IT Domains strategy.
- Maintain proper license arrangements for all application users.
- Register all applications with the CMDB and adhere to Service Management guidelines.
- Ensure Service Delivery within SLAs for incidents and change requests.
- Maintain compliance with IT Security standards for all applications.
- Keep technical and user documentation up to date.
- Manage vendors and costs to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Collaborate with business teams and application owners for continuous improvement.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT and 5 years in application management (quality, engineering, manufacturing preferred).
- Experience in vendor management and portfolio application management.
- Proficient in gathering and managing requirements.
- Strong communication skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to view broader business requirements.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Contract of employment.
