What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building complex Zoho workflows and performing Zoho integrations, particularly with Logistiq products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the Zoho ecosystem and the ability to design, customize, and integrate Zoho applications to support business and logistics operations.

Job Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities
● Application Development: Design, develop, and customize solutions across the Zoho suite (Creator, CRM, Books, Inventory, Analytics).
● Workflow Automation: Build intricate custom functions, workflows, blueprints, and validation rules using Deluge scripting for complex business logic.
● Customization: Customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, reports, dashboards, and user roles
● API Integrations: Develop and manage REST API integrations, webhooks, and data synchronization with external systems, especially Logistiq and other logistics partners.
● Logistics Focus: Develop and maintain data synchronization between Zoho and logistics platforms (orders, shipments, tracking, invoicing, etc.)
● Data Management: Perform data migration, mapping, cleansing, and ensure data integrity across platforms.
● Reporting & Analytics: Create custom dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to provide actionable business insights.
● Support & Training: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and train end-users on new functionalities. ● Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation for all configurations, scripts, and processes. Provide technical support, and ongoing system enhancements
● Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
● While completing all of the above duties you must maintain excellent communication with the stakeholders while managing their expectations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
● Troubleshoot and resolve integration, performance, and data consistency issues
● Ensure security, scalability, and best practices across Zoho implementations

Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering from a reputed University
● 5+ years in Zoho development, with significant experience in Creator and CRM.
● Expert-level Deluge scripting, REST API, JSON, OAuth 2.0, Zoho Creator.
● Knowledge on Python and Java will be an added advantage.
● Zoho Products: Deep familiarity with Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Inventory, Analytics, Flow.
● Experience with workflow automation, approval processes, and blueprint configurations
● A very good understanding on event-driven, microservices architectures and web services.
● Good knowledge in security and identity management
● Strong knowledge of data migration, data mapping, and system integrations
● Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, such as meeting facilitation, presentation and documentation
