In this role, you will ensure that our partner meets regulatory and internal standards essential for maintaining organizational integrity. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, providing compliance training, and drafting necessary policies. By managing compliance projects and coordinating with various business units, you will play a crucial role in fostering a strong compliance culture within the organization.Accountabilities

• Conduct onsite branch inspections to evaluate supervisory systems and adherence to policies.
• Provide compliance training to branch staff and business partners.
• Draft, review, and update compliance policies to reflect regulatory changes.
• Review and approve advertising and marketing materials in accordance with regulations.
• Offer compliance guidance on day-to-day issues and emerging risks.
• Assist in investigations of potential fraud and elder abuse claims.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives to enhance the compliance program.
• Collaborate with various departments to strengthen compliance culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, auditing, or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regulatory environment.
• Advanced knowledge of securities industry concepts and compliance practices.
• Skill in documenting findings and communicating risks in concise reports.
• Proficiency in evaluating complex compliance scenarios.
• Ability to identify and convey compliance requirements to diverse audiences.
• Experience in managing difficult conversations maturely.
• Strong relationship-building skills across departments.
• Adept at identifying program improvement opportunities.
• Experience leading compliance-related projects and mentoring junior staff.
• Current knowledge of regulatory changes and industry best practices.
