We Are Hiring: ON-site Senior Accountant with C1+ ADVANCED ENGLISHAbout the Position:Our rapidly growing home services company, backed by private equity, is seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join the corporate finance team in Sarasota, Florida. This role plays a critical function in managing full-cycle accounting operations and supporting organizational expansion through acquisitions, process optimization, and system integration.** Key Responsibilities: ** Full-cycle accounting: managing the general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly close. Oversee inventory accounting, fixed asset tracking, and accrual processes. Prepare, analyze, and present monthly and quarterly financial statements under US GAAP. Support accounting activities related to acquisitions: purchase price allocations, post-acquisition integrations, and financial consolidations. Collaborate on implementing accounting systems, standardizing processes, and strengthening internal controls. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; CPA or in-progress certification highly preferred. 47 years of progressive accounting experience. Preferred experience in multi-entity environments, private equity-backed companies, or fast-growth businesses. **Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and full-cycle accounting practices. Mandatory experience with Sage Intacct and QuickBooks.**
