PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Residential Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead and mentor on-site maintenance teams, implement strategic initiatives, and maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Your focus will be on fostering a positive community environment while ensuring property upkeep and operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise Maintenance Team: Lead, train, and schedule maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
- Work Order Management: Assign, track, and complete resident service requests in a timely manner.
- Vendor Coordination: Source, schedule, and oversee third-party contractors for specialized repairs and services.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols; maintain a safe work environment.
- Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing maintenance budgets; control costs for supplies and repairs.
- Inventory Control: Maintain adequate stock of tools, equipment, and supplies; track usage and reorder as needed.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to after-hours emergencies and coordinate necessary repairs when on call.
- Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance reports.
- Resident Interaction: Communicate professionally with residents regarding maintenance concerns and timelines.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Capital Projects Support: Assist with planning and execution of major renovations or upgrades.
- Salt & snow removal duties.
- May be eligible for on-call bonus.
- Prior residential maintenance experience is required.
- Working cell phone.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
