This position requires strategic thinking and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and customer success are paramount.Accountabilities
- Be a critical member of the sales organization, helping to establish Veeva LIMS as the leading solution for biotechs.
- Understand Veeva LIMS and collaborate with internal teams to develop a robust sales strategy.
- Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level executives.
- Manage complex sales cycles effectively, utilizing both internal and external resources.
- Contribute to team sales goals and consistently meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets.
- Work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and proactively engage with customers to address business challenges.
- Act with urgency and integrity, focusing on achieving customer success.
- 5+ years of experience in selling software to the Life Sciences industry.
- 2+ years of experience in selling complementary or competitive solutions into Quality sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong account planning and execution skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of customers from end-users to C-level.
- Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
- Passionate about solving customer business issues.
- Team-first mentality is essential.
- Business-level proficiency in English is required.
