Accountabilities:

  • Lead automation of SDLC and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate development and delivery
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud architecture, containerization, observability, and high-availability systems
  • Lead incident response, post-mortems, and continuous improvement initiatives for infrastructure reliability
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to align infrastructure strategy with business objectives
  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively closing gaps before they impact operations

Requirements:

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
  • Expert-level AWS skills, including EC2, ELB, ASG, RDS, S3, SQS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation, CDK, and Route 53
  • Experience with Linux administration, networking, VPNs, firewalls, and multi-region cloud environments
  • Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code, container orchestration, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation with Python, Bash, or Ansible
  • Strong understanding of cloud monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog, Azure Monitor)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical tradeoffs for stakeholders
  • Preferred: Azure experience, serverless architectures, high-availability architectures, and compliance knowledge (SOC, ISO, GDPR)
  • Proven ability to take ownership, mentor team members, and influence technical direction in a fast-growing environment

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and equity opportunities in a high-growth, Series B startup environment
  • Fully remote work with flexible scheduling
  • Access to cutting-edge technologies and the opportunity to lead infrastructure strategy for AI-driven products
  • Professional growth through mentoring, technical leadership opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong culture of innovation, learning, and continuous improvement
