G-3 Chickadee—formerly part of Goodyear Chemical—is embarking on an exciting transformation. As a newly independent, PE-backed organization, we are standing up our own infrastructure, modernizing core systems (SAP, MES, cybersecurity), and building the technology foundation for our next chapter.

As a Laboratory Technician, you’ll play a critical role in process control, product quality, and release decisions. You’ll perform laboratory testing, validate results for accuracy and consistency, and communicate findings that keep our plant running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

· Perform a variety of laboratory tests to support process control and finished product grading.

· Evaluate test results for accuracy, consistency, and logical alignment with expected outcomes.

· Enter results into computer systems with a high degree of accuracy.

· Communicate special or time‑sensitive results

· Troubleshoot, calibrate, and perform minor maintenance on laboratory instruments to ensure reliable operation.

· Maintain adequate inventory of laboratory supplies.

· Safely lift and move up to 50 lbs (e.g., boxes of glassware).
