• Design, implement, and maintain complex software systems integrating Generative AI features
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop scalable, secure, and performant AI-enabled solutions
• Evaluate, improve, and optimize AI workflows, including prompt engineering and LLM performance
• Mentor and guide engineers to ensure high-quality development standards and professional growth
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to deliver accessible, user-focused AI experiences
• Contribute to the strategic evolution of the AI platform and adoption of best practices across teams

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership in AI-related projects
• Expertise in .NET Core, C#, and modern web technologies including Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and HTML
• Proven experience building, deploying, and optimizing Generative AI features and workflows
• Familiarity with SQL Server, Cosmos DB, RESTful APIs, and cloud-based AI infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM behavior optimization
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills
• Experience with Agile methodology, continuous delivery practices, and scalable software architecture
