This role is a hybrid of full-stack software engineering and AI-focused development, responsible for designing, building, and scaling web applications and intelligent AI solutions. You will work across frontend and backend technologies, integrating AI services and LLM-powered applications into enterprise workflows. This position offers the opportunity to handle unstructured and multimodal data, implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and optimize AI-driven user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and AI/ML engineers, to embed automation and intelligent decision-making into scalable systems. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, Java, Node.js, HTML, and CSS in a microservice architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features efficiently
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability and scalability
• Implement data storage solutions using MS SQL, maintaining data integrity and efficient querying
• Build and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs, GenAI agents, and RAG pipelines
• Integrate AI services with full-stack systems using frameworks like LangChain, FastAPI, or Azure OpenAI
• Handle unstructured and multimodal data (PDFs, HTML, audio, images) for AI applications
• Apply LLMOps best practices including prompt versioning, caching, observability, and cost tracking
• Contribute to semantic search, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Supabase), and AI-enhanced user interfaces

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, Java, HTML, CSS, and DOM manipulation
• Experience with MS SQL, database design, optimization, and querying
• Familiarity with modern web development practices, microservices, and frontend frameworks
• Experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Mistral) and understanding LLMs, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork in the CST timezone
• Preferred: experience with containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (Azure), CI/CD, DevOps practices, AI-enhanced UI/UX, vector databases, semantic search, and exposure to mortgage compliance frameworks
