• Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, including product vision, technical strategy, execution, and outcomes.

• Build and deliver solutions hands-on, collaborating with engineers, data specialists, and stakeholders as needed.

• Strong experience as a senior or staff-level engineer, tech lead, engineering manager, or technical founder.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end products or systems, with full ownership of outcomes.
• Deep technical expertise in system design, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-based systems, machine learning, or data-driven applications.
• Strong product mindset, with the ability to connect technical decisions to user and business value.
• Experience using data, experimentation, and analytics to drive decision-making.
