This role offers a unique opportunity to act as a strategic advisor and key driver of people initiatives across the Americas region. You will partner closely with leadership to translate business objectives into impactful people strategies, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture. Acting as a bridge between regional teams and global People & Culture functions, you will ensure alignment, consistency, and a seamless employee experience. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across the full employee lifecycle, from talent development to engagement and compliance. You will influence organizational design, guide leaders through complex challenges, and contribute to shaping a dynamic and people-first work environment. - Serve as a trusted advisor to regional leaders, translating business priorities into effective people strategies and initiatives.
- Provide guidance on performance management, including coaching, career development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, engagement, compensation, and retention strategies.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment between regional execution and global People & Culture programs.
- Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters with a compliant, objective, and people-centric approach.
- Contribute to workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational design decisions.
- Promote a strong, inclusive culture by strengthening engagement, collaboration, and team performance across the region.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a Business Partner role.
- Experience in the technology or SaaS industry, with an understanding of fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws across the United States and Canada.
- Proven ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively while maintaining strong relationships.
- High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills across global teams.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP are a plus.
