This role is a strategic and transformative HR leadership position focused on driving enterprise-wide change, with a strong emphasis on AI adoption and modern workforce solutions. You will lead initiatives that align people, processes, and technology to accelerate organizational performance and employee engagement. Acting as a change agent and advisor, you will design and implement innovative communication strategies, guide leaders through adoption of new workflows, and ensure measurable impact across the enterprise. The position requires a combination of deep HR expertise, strong storytelling and digital communication skills, and the ability to orchestrate large-scale transformations. You will partner closely with business leaders to translate strategy into actionable plans that foster a high-performing, future-ready workforce. - Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including AI adoption and digital workforce optimization.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and leaders on change management, organizational design, and talent strategies.
- Design, develop, and execute modern, branded, digital-first communication campaigns that engage employees and drive adoption.
- Coach leaders and teams through complex changes, building capabilities, alignment, and enthusiasm for new processes and tools.
- Monitor adoption, engagement, and impact metrics, using data to iterate and improve transformation outcomes.
- Build playbooks, pilots, and scaled rollouts to operationalize AI solutions and other strategic workforce initiatives.
- Influence organizational culture through talent planning, workforce design, and strategic HR solutions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of HR, organizational development, or transformation experience in complex, high-growth environments.
- Proven expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) and large-scale transformation execution.
- Strong experience in talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning at enterprise scale.
- Exceptional storytelling, digital communication, and engagement skills.
- Executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort using metrics to inform decisions.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while delivering measurable outcomes.
- Experience leading AI adoption or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
