Job Summary
The Systems Administrator ensures the reliable, secure, and efficient operation of Door Controls USA’s servers, networks, and enterprise systems while supporting continuous operational uptime for manufacturing, administrative, and field staff. Duties and Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, support, and upgrade server and endpoint operating systems and application software.
- Administer and support enterprise servers, network devices, desktop computers, printers, and phone systems.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Apply security patches, updates, and service packs to servers, endpoints, and applications as required.
- Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to server hardware, endpoint devices (Windows, Android, and other common platforms), and network systems.
- Diagnose and resolve Windows server and desktop system issues.
- Perform operational support and maintenance across Microsoft Server environments and related infrastructure, including virtualization, backup, and security platforms.
- Support the installation and deployment of new hardware, automation systems, and application software.
- Assist with technical planning for new systems and infrastructure, including architecture design and lifecycle planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to system configurations, issue resolution, inventories, and cabling.
- Troubleshoot and repair networked and standalone systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Core Technologies and Skills
- Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), and Microsoft Azure/Entra.
- Strong skills in AI such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, agents, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across LAN, wireless, voice, and endpoint devices (PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile devices).
- Experience implementing, securing, and supporting Wi‑Fi networks.
- Familiarity with scripting or development technologies such as ASP, .NET, VBScript, JavaScript, T‑SQL, PowerShell, or Power Fx.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision.
- Willingness to participate in after‑hours work, including occasional nights, weekends, and 24/7 on‑call rotation.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to remain effective in high‑pressure or time‑sensitive situations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and analytical skills in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with Nutanix or other clustered / hyperconverged environments.
Experience with Barracuda/Sophos security products.
Familiarity with Ubiquiti networking equipment and Mitel phone systems.
Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.
Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and low‑code automation platforms.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
MCSE certification preferred or equivalent practical experience.
